How to reach the conference centre “De Ruwenberg”

De Ruwenberg is located in the small town Sint Michielsgestel which is located 7 km. south east of Den Bosch in the south of Holland. Be aware that the name Den Bosch is also spelled sometimes as ‘s Hertogenbosch.

Arrival by plain:
For international and most European flights Amsterdam Schiphol airport is the best option, Brussel/Zaventem in Belgium can be an alternative.
For cheap tickets: Eindhoven, Rotterdam (Transavia), and Maastricht airport can also be options. In Germany: Weeze/ Niederrhein (Ryanair) or Dusseldorf are also quite close.

Continuation by train:
From Schiphol airport you can take a direct train to Den Bosch. After going through customs follow the railway signs.

Trains will leave from platform 1. A single ticket will cost around 14 Euro. Returns are only valid for one day. Tickets can be bought with cards with a maestro logo, or cash from vending machines or at the counter. In both cases credit cards are not accepted. These cards can only be used at the service desk.

Total travelling time Schiphol- Den Bosch is 1 hour and 7 minutes.
Trains will leave very half hour on .14 and .44 Last train will go at 23.44 (in this case travel over Amsterdam and change train there). For more details check the Dutch railway website www.ns.nl

From Brussels (Belgium) trains will leave every hour. (.26)
Airport- Brussels Noord (change) - Roosendaal (NL) change- Den Bosch. Total travelling time is 2.26. A return ticket will be valid for two months. www.nsinternationaal.nl

From Den Bosch train station to De Ruwenberg
We will try to arrange a pick up shuttle service. More details will follow later.
Bus 156 and 159 will stop at the Ruwenberg.

By car:
Follow the A2 (Utrecht- Den Bosch- Eindhoven).
At ’s-Hertogenbosch take the exit (22) marked ”Sint-Michielsgestel.” In the centre of Sint Michielsgestel follow the signs De Ruwenberg.
